Thinking about the Awesome Foundation Toronto & sketchnoting
Background: The awesome Foundation Toronto chapter meets every $1,000, two months to award a good project $1,000 in cash, no strings attached. The pitch night usually involves 4-5 shortlisted projects. The organizers used to record these on video, but my sketchnotes are faster and more Convenient. My initial goals for helping out. To avoid: Going there mainly because it's the nice thing to do for a friend? Need to amp up intrinsic reasons.... I have the time and ability to do this, but it feels a little odd... awesome foundation 8 b Assuming no external changes. • Reach out to inspiring participants? More one-on-ones to maintain... =1 Learn more about trustees may get inspired? Practise drawing colour, size Can be iffy-slim pickings are depressing. Follow-up might be nice.
