Skirts this year?

Hmm, maybe I can try wearing skirts this year, since they're easier to sew than shorts are. Should work with comfy shoes, though, since I plan to lot... walk a Oh good, skirts & Sneakers are apparently a Thing 2015-05-176 Wrap skirt for using up scraps and learning patchwork? Tiered skirt, to practise gathering Fancy border skirt?
