Boredom Focus on a- or find my own ways to elevate it; working meditation Self-care needs: bathroom, food, outside, sleep.. Worry about load on W- ER Let's try: phone in a different room news at bedtime stories and activities → follow her lead first, then → build up planned ones when I have space We'll figure this out slowly. I liked the latter part of today: I was well-rested, I took turns in the conversation, I let her lead, and we even played outside.
