Distraction: COVID-19 Toronto . world nothing's going to significantly change my life in one day when it comes to outside news 2020-03-15 The more in-tune we are, the easier it will be to build on her interents and invite her to learn. Occasional distraction: Familly by concerns →People are grown-ups Main distractions: It's okay to spend this time playing with a- Lack of energy → sleep! Boredom Focus on a- or find my own ways to elevate it; working meditation Self-care needs: bathroom, food, outside, sleep.. Worry about load on W- ER Let's try: phone in a different room news at bedtime stories and activities → follow her lead first, then → build up planned ones when I have space We'll figure this out slowly. I liked the latter part of today: I was well-rested, I took turns in the conversation, I let her lead, and we even played outside.
