When is delegation easy? Easy to specify challenge' O! I know the person has or is close to developing the skills Other people want the results, so I can put them in the feedback loop my 2015-02-12d difficulties delegating? Hard? ? I'm not sure what I want 8? What is it really coming from? I don't want to waste things. I'm not sure What I want. & what the value is The person's skills good aren't a match I'm coming up with stuff myself, So the feedback Loop is slow and requires more effort I'm not sure how to train people. How could I flip this? Delegate clear tasks that provide value but are hard to automate Identify value? Upgrade assistant skills, experiment with others Tweak I'm not sure my process/ mindset so that I enjoy e-mail more how to split up & specify work
