Yoga plans

I would like to be able to do basic yoga poses without feeling wobbly. This means I need to develop my arms, elbows, and wrists, which I've mostly neglected so far. (also, core...) hard! may 2015-03-25f need to modify or avoid certain poses until I can do them with the right form.
