Anxiety

I'm less worried than I used to be, although I'm still pretty conservative about choices. my Ex: I used to feel overwhelmed at the thought of going on road trips or similar things with my family. Now I'd still say no, but do so more calmly. 1 C can 2015-04-17c What might have helped me I used to freak out about uncertainty, but now I can just plan for various scenarios. with this transition? I accepted my emotional responses as part of me. (Ex: recognizing my need for quiet time and self- determination) I looked at the scenarios I was afraid of and found role models or imagined how I could make things work. 01 trusted other people's perspectives
