A has solid checks for most of the items on the Nipissing District Developmental Screen. The riffy ones were: ☐ Use 5 or more words Use connected sounds that seem like little stories She sometimes babbles if she's excited, or if she's sleepy but wants to say something first. Mostly repetition, some inflection.... وم 2017-05-21a Better now that she has a couple of animal sounds... Ba bubbles Wooh dog bark Nanana no! Bababa chicken clucking Honk-shuu fake snore tired She has lots of gestures, though. Anyway, expressive language has a wide range of norms. Receptive lang. seems to be good - picks up quickly. Not too worried.
