Tracking activity
Because I want to get even more learning from the Quantified Self Toronto meetup, I'm trying out other people's experiments. Lately I've been using MyFitnessPal to log meals and exercise. TOP It can handle home-made meals, yay! 2015-05-17 Tracking motivates long me to go on walks Okay. Walking habit, then upgrade to other forms of exercise if I want to intensify/use time more efficiently... How far can my feet take me?
