While A+'s at Nature Club
After I drop A+ off, I have ~1.5 hours to myself.
- I could hurry home to squeeze in more computer time,
- This feels frantic, more of the same.
- I could bike around
- on errands, or just for fun--
- Productive, but slightly stressful
- the park loop or a longer trail by the water.
- More calming, easier to braindump
- on errands, or just for fun--
- I can sit on a stump and read a book or draw my thoughts,
- Feels a little like more of the same
- Can be hard with gloves
- or I could go for a long walk
- around the loop
- Great for braindumping
- I can gesture & refer to notes
- or through the trees, down to the pond
- This feels the most time-luxurious and is the most different from what I have.
- around the loop
For me, audio braindumping seems to be better for:
- testing if I can summarize
- testing if I can expand a thought
- thinking of connections, questions, ideas
- auditioning ways to say things
vs. dictating coherent posts
Process:
- Input: notes, books
- Words + gestures = clearer thoughts
- Can also scribble notes
